The Complete Virtual and Telephone Answering Service can be set up within 1 hour of receiving your completed Registration Form and payment of the service fee.
Business Address and Registered Offices services are set up immediately on receipt of the Registration Form and initial payment
How long is the contract
The minimum contract period is 3 months and will continue on a rolling basis until cancelled
What information do I have to provide
We are required by law to confirm the identity of clients. Individuals are required to provide
i. photographic proof of identity - a scan of the identity page of your passport or drivers licence is acceptable
ii. a copy of a recent utility or landline telephone bill
How do I cancel my contract
We will issue an invoice 21 days prior to the start of the new contract. If you do not wish to renew your service simply advise us by letter or e-mail prior to the start of the new contract period

How does the Buy on Line system work
Its very simple -
Step one -Select your required service and complete the SagePay process
Step two - Complete the Registration form at the end of the Buy Now process and e-mail us your proof of identity documents.
Step three - If you selected an option with telephone answering we will advise you of your new number/s and provide instruction for the 24/7 voicemail service
Step four - that's it - you are up and running

How will my calls be answered
You are allocated a unique telephone number and calls are answered in your company name. You tell us exactly how you would like calls to be answered
How are my calls handled
Call handling is flexible and is as per your instructions
Switchboard Style - When a call is received we contact you and provide basic caller details and you decide whether to take the call. If you do not wish to take the call we simply take a message
Message - we take a detailed message and forward by e-mail, SMS or fax

Messages are forwarded within 10 minutes
How quickly are calls answered
Our target is that all calls are answered within 3 rings
What information on calls do you forward
We provide the key information - name of caller, nature of call, return contact details
Who will answer my calls
Your call will be answered by one of 3 dedicated receptionists allocated to your account, based at our Queen Street office
How are my calls handled outwith normal business hours
Standard business hours are 8.30 am to 5.30 pm Monday to Friday. Outwith core hours calls are transfered to your dedicated voicemail service or to another number of your choice
How does my Voicemail work
You will be provided with a dedicated voicemail service and full instructions will be issued on commencement of service. This can be remotely accessed and managed.
What is the cost of transfering calls
Call transfers are charged at standard BT commercial rates
How do I divert my calls to Centrum
Using standard BT features or your phone system - we can help you through the process
It is possible to divert more than one number to Centrum for example a landline and a mobile.
Can I have a fax number
You can receive fax messages using our fax number for free or we can allocate you a dedicated fax number for a small additional charge
Is there a set up fee or deposit
There are no set up or deposit charges.
Do you keep a log of past messages
We keep a written log of all past messages for a period of 6 months
Is there an additional cost for answering calls
We believe that at Centrum we provide the best value telephone answering service in the sector.
50 free calls per month are included in the packages and additional calls received are charged at 75p per call.

How is mail forwarded
All mail is collected and sent out in a plain envelope by 1st class post using a Franking Machine

Mail can be collected from reception but we will only release mail to the client or to a 3rd party authorised by them in writing
